PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric conduction wire with high electrical conductivity, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The electric conduction wire has a plurality of carbon fibers 11, graphite located in the gap of the plurality of carbon fibers 11, and an insertion seed intercalated in the graphite or between the graphite and the carbon fibers 11. It is preferable that the plurality of carbon fibers 11 are jointed by the graphite. As the carbon fiber 11, a single-layer carbon nanotube or a multilayer carbon nanotube are listed up.
