PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily separate an upholstery material from a foam element without impairing designability. SOLUTION: A vehicle exterior component includes: the foam element 20 comprising exterior components that are attached to the vehicle; and the upholstery material 22 that is bonded to an exterior surface of the foam element 20 and covers the exterior surface.
