发明名称 Arrangement for withdrawing cooling air from the compressor of a turbine engine
摘要 <p>885,951. Axial-flow compressors. GENERAL ELECTRIC CO. Feb. 17, 1960 [March 23, 1959], No. 5590/60. Class 110 (1). The compressor rotor 1 of a turbine is provided with plenum chambers 14 formed in the annular space between two adjacent spaced discs 6 interconnected by torque ring portions 7, the discs 6 having central openings 12 and the torque rings 7 having openings 13 connecting the plenum chambers 14 with the air passage 3<SP>1</SP> of the compressor. One or more vanes 16 are provided for each of the plenum chambers and are formed with a planar portion 17 and a transverse mounting web 18, the web being formed with a surface of revolution conforming with the interior surface of the torque rings 7 and having fastening means, such as rivets 20, for locating in abutment with the torque ring portion 7. The vanes, which are preferably in diametrically opposed pairs, prevent free-vortex flow within the rotor of the cooling air for the turbine.</p>
