The lamp has a base unit (1) provided for a luminous element i.e. LED, and a fixing device for releasably fixing a holding pipe (2). The fixing device has a clamping ring (3) for clamping the base unit with the holding pipe. The clamping ring has a clamping surface aligned vertical to a longitudinal axis and in a circumferential direction of the holding pipe. A clamping range of the clamping ring aligned in the circumferential direction is smaller than 360 degrees. The base unit is manufactured using an injection molding process.
