<p>Provided is a screen printing machine wherein both an operation to exchange a squeegee and an operation to replenish paste into a paste supply syringe can be easily performed. The paste supply syringe (14) is attached to a squeegee base (30) so as to be swingable around an axis line (41) which extends on a vertical surface arranged parallel to the reciprocal movement direction of the squeegee base (30) and with downward inclination with respect to the horizontal line (HL), and can be switched between a paste supply position where the paste supply syringe (14) extends on the vertical surface in a direction inclined with respect to the vertical line (VL) so that a nozzle portion (14a) located at the lower end is located directly below the squeegee (15), and a storage position where the paste supply syringe (14) is swung around the axis line (41) from the paste supply position at approximately 90 degrees.</p>
