<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bulb-shaped lamp capable of reducing weight of a case and excellent in handleability. <P>SOLUTION: The LED bulb 1 includes: an LED module 3 with LEDs mounted thereon; a cylindrical case 7 having openings on both ends thereof; a mounting member 5 mounted in one end of the case 7, closing the opening and moreover mounting the LED module 3 on its surface; and a base 91 installed on the other end side of the case 7.
