<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projector or the like, preventing the occurrence of image persistence even in the situation where a set image is projected for a long time. <P>SOLUTION: The projector 100 includes: a storage control part 140 for storing image data 122 showing an image in the process of projection as a first set image data 125 in a storage part 120; a receiving part 110 for receiving designation to project the set image; a correction part 160 for generating a second set image data by correcting brightness of the first set image data 125 based on brightness correcting data limiting the brightness range of an image to such a range not to cause image persistence in response to the projection designation; and a projecting part 190 for projecting the set image based on the second set image data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
