<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater mask, which is an improved conventional underwater mask, easy to attach a buckle on a mask body while eliminating a risk of the buckle to come off the mask body during use, and the like. <P>SOLUTION: At least a rear periphery section 19 of a skirt 13 is formed of elastically deformable soft elastic member, while a connecting part 20, which is made of elastically deformable soft elastic member and connected to the buckle 15, is formed on both sides of the mask body. The buckle 15 has a buckle body 25 made of rigid plastic material, and the connecting part 20 has a locking part 23 which is locked on the buckle body 25. The buckle body 25 includes a receiving part 32 communicating with a space portion 34 in the buckle body 25 and having a through-hole 31 smaller than the cross-section outline of the locking part 23 formed.
