<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body upper part structure capable of reducing stress concentration at an area continued from a front pillar to a roof side rail and a rear pillar. <P>SOLUTION: A continuous integrated upper frame 10 is formed by three-dimension-bending molding a cylindrical member of almost closed cross section, and a roof side rail area 10a, a front pillar area and a rear pillar area are formed on the upper frame 10. An outer panel 43 is mounted to an outdoor side of the upper frame 10.
