PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device capable of improving discrimination accuracy of an abnormality of an inspection object part. SOLUTION: This inspection device 1 includes: a camera 10 for imaging a prescribed imaging range including a gap D formed on the corner C of a case 2; an illuminator 11 for illuminating the case 2; and a discrimination device 13 for acquiring the area of the gap D in an inspection domain T set so as to include a part on which the gap D is reflected based on an image of the prescribed imaging range acquired by the camera 10, and discriminating existence of an abnormality of the gap D based on the acquired area of the gap D. The discrimination device 13 discriminates existence of an abnormality in each of two small domains T1, T2 acquired by dividing the inspection domain T into two small domains T1, T2 so that the gap D is partitioned into two.
