PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheet processor capable of accommodating a discharge position of a paper sheet within a prescribed area. SOLUTION: In this paper sheet processor, when the paper sheet 20 is taken in to a storing direction, a sensor 1b detects a position of the paper sheet 20 in a width direction of a take-up roller 1a. A correction amount calculation means 1c compares the position of the paper sheet 20 detected by the sensor 1b and a centering area w1 of an inlet/outlet port 1g, and calculates a correction amount for accommodating the position of the paper sheet 20 within the centering area when discharging the paper sheet 20. Further, the correction amount calculation means 1c calculates a movement amount of the winding roller 1a from a moving direction of the take-up roller 1a and the correction amount, and stores the movement amount in a correction information storage means 1d.
