PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem wherein, in a conventional valve shutter with a bending direction in a reverse relation at a shaft portion, and with an elastic deformation utilized for the follow-up, lack of stretchability in a material with a low elasticity causes risks of stiffs and creases, and insufficient air shutting off might cause a leak air even in a closed state. SOLUTION: In the air outlet, a rotary valve 4 rotatably supported by a rotation shaft 8 to shut off over the entire inner periphery of a ventilation portion in a closed state, is provided in the cylindrical ventilation portion that has an inlet of conditioned air from a conditioned air-feeding device and an outlet opening toward a cabin. An outer peripheral portion is provided with a first edge portion located on the inlet side with respect to the rotation shaft 8 and a second edge portion located on the outlet side in an open state. The rotary valve 4 is formed with a notch 3 on the peripheral portion facing the inner surface of the ventilation portion of a seal body 2 that has a first seal portion 9 arranged at a position corresponding to the first edge portion and a second seal portion 10 arranged at a position corresponding to the second edge portion, to be pressed along the inner surface of the ventilation portion in a closed state.
