PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner which achieves quick rising of charge amount, has a sharp charge amount distribution, substantially avoids toner scattering in transfer, and gives high image quality. SOLUTION: The toner comprises toner particles prepared by fixing resin fine particles on base particles containing a binder resin, a colorant and a wax, wherein a resin amount of the resin fine particles is≥0.10 mass% relative to the base particles. The resin fine particles include resin fine particles (a) made of a resin containing a specific unit A and resin fine particles (b) made of a resin containing a specific unit B, a content of the unit A in the toner particles is 0.010-0.800 mmol/g relative to the toner particles, and a molar ratio between contents of the unit A and the unit B is 0.10-10.00.
