PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bispecific antibody functionally substituting for blood coagulation factor VIII/activated blood coagulation factor VIII, which binds to both of blood coagulation factor IX/activated blood coagulation factor IX and blood coagulation factor X and enhances an enzymatic reaction. SOLUTION: In the antibody, an enzyme of a blood coagulation/fibrinolysis-associated factor is blood coagulation factor IX and/or activated blood coagulation factor IX, the substrate is blood coagulation factor X, and the cofactor is blood coagulation factor VIII and/or activated blood coagulation factor VIII.
