PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for a light guide sheet excellent in heat resistance, wet heat resistance, light resistance, cuttability and the like, capable of preventing a resin from being deteriorated and getting yellowish, and the light guide sheet. SOLUTION: This resin composition for the light guide sheet contains an urethane acrylate having a polyether in its main chain, a monofunctional acrylate, a polyfunctional acrylate, a photopolymerization initiator, an antioxidant, and an ultraviolet absorbent, and an addition amount of the photopolymerization initiator is made to be lower than that of the ultraviolet absorbent, in the resin composition.
