PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corpuscular beam therapy apparatus, confirming the shape of a variable collimator with good accuracy even in the process of irradiation, and achieving miniaturization. SOLUTION: This corpuscular beam therapy apparatus includes: the variable collimator for varying the shape of a corpuscular beam according to the shape of a diseased part of an object to be irradiated; a light source mirror disposed in an irradiation area of the corpuscular beam on the upstream side of the variable collimator to reflect the light from a light source and pass the same through the variable collimator; a support for supporting the light source mirror; a photographing screen disposed on the downstream side of the variable collimator to project the shape of a radiation field shaped by the variable collimator with the light passing through the variable collimator; a photographing device for photographing a projection part; and an image processor for analyzing an image photographed by the photographing device, wherein a beam energy loss amount when the corpuscular beam is transmitted through the light source mirror is substantially equal to a beam energy loss amount when it is transmitted through the support.
