PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equally increase the contact pressure of a screen and the skin to ensure even shaving by applying the negative pressure of air between the screen and the skin. SOLUTION: An air suction device is provided on the outside of the casing of an electric razor, and the negative pressure of the air is transmitted through a negative pressure transmission tube to the inner side of the screen which is the inside of the electric razor. On the outer periphery of the screen, a pressure wall is provided for the purpose of keeping the negative pressure. When the skin is brought into contact with the upper surface of the pressure wall, the skin is sucked to the screen by the equal negative pressure, and is closely attached to the shape of the screen. Thus, the screen is closely attached to the skin on the entire surface, and body hair is shaved efficiently. Also, since the pressure for closely attaching the screen to the skin can be controlled by the suction force of the air suction device, stable shaving depth is adjusted by the setting of the electric razor.
