PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stringer for fishing which is capable of preventing damage of fishes and suppressing physical strength consumption of the fishes by locking the tied fishes to a hook part to stop fish movement along the form of the hook part. SOLUTION: There is provided a stringer for fishing, wherein the upper part of a hook part 2 formed by bending a linear element forms an opening/closing part 3, one end part forming the opening/closing part 3 of the hook part 2 is formed at a linear rod part 4 and an engaging mechanism 5 selectly choosable of the opening position or the closing position of the linear rod part 4 is set at the opening/closing part 3, and a projection part 10 projecting outer side of the periphery of the hook part 2 is formed at a position of the lower part side of the hook part 2 by bending.
