The present invention relates to a photo-therapy apparatus for scalp treatment for use in vehicles. More specifically, the present invention relates to a photo-therapy apparatus for scalp treatment which is used in a vehicle, and is provided on a ceiling portion of the vehicle to effectively irradiate light emitted from one or more light sources selected from a laser diode or a light emitting diode, to the scalp or the head of persons in the driver's seat, the front passenger seat or the back seats for prevention of hair loss, and for hair conditioning and hair growth effects. Furthermore, irradiation angle of the photo-therapy apparatus for vehicles can be controlled and moved in the transverse, longitudinal and vertical directions, thereby improving prevention of hair loss, and hair conditioning and hair growth effects of persons in the vehicle.
