<p>Disclosed is an image technology capable of simultaneously obtaining a plurality of images having parallax and images with no sensory problems without components that mechanically actuate an image capture assembly. A three-dimensional image capture device comprises a light-permeable unit (2), further comprising a polarized light region (A) that permits light that is polarized in a particular direction to pass through, and an unpolarized light region (C) that permits light to pass through irrespective of the light polarization direction; a solid-state image capture element (1) that is positioned so as to receive light that passes through the light-permeable unit (2); an image forming unit (3) that forms an image upon an image capture surface (1a) of the solid-state image capture element (1); and an image generating unit that generates an image on the basis of signals outputted from the solid-state image capture element (1). The solid-state image capture element (1) further comprises a filter array that includes a polarized light filter. The image generating unit generates an image from light that is incident to the polarized light region (A) and an image from light that is incident to the unpolarized light region (C).</p>
