PURPOSE: A device and a method for manufacturing grain noodles are provided to rapidly and conveniently manufacture noodles without a separate dough procedure. CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing grain noodles includes an input part(110), a pressure molding part(120), an opening and closing part(130), and a coating part(150). The input part puts crop powder into the pressure molding part by the rotation of the transfer screw. The pressure molding part consecutively molds noodles while pressing crop powder through the rotation of a compression screw. The opening and closing part securely closes a cover by successively rotating an opening and shutting lever and a rotation controller. The coating part performs a first coating and a second coating. |
