<p>The embodiments of the present invention provide a method for call routing. The method includes that: receiving routing request information sent from a computer telephony integration, wherein the routing request information carries customer media information; calculating customer requirement quality of service according to the customer media information; choosing an agent corresponding to the customer requirement quality of service according to the customer requirement quality of service. Thereby, the service ability of the agent is matched with the network quality requirement, and the quality of service is improved.</p> |
