PURPOSE: An integrated plastic dental mirror for pain relief and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to alleviate pains by using a round wide traction part when a tissue of an oral cavity is pulled and to prevent mouth appendage or lips from being put between connecting parts. CONSTITUTION: A mirror installation part(300) is integrated with a knob(100) and a traction part. The installation part and knob are bent by a set angle with the traction body. A cross section of the traction part is an oval shape for pain alleviation. A width of the mirror installation part is almost equal to that of the traction part. A surface of the knob has a rectangular or a hexgonal shape. The traction part is used for pulling tissue of oral cavity.
