PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart a guideline for improving a parallel program and a guideline for improvement of execution environment of the parallel program based on delay occurring when executing the parallel program. SOLUTION: This device includes: a delay information calculation module calculating first data delay information and first task delay information to each task based on a target performance parameter describing performance of the execution environment of the parallel program, profile data of the parallel program, and a first task-dependency graph representing dependency relation between tasks described in the parallel program through data; and a delay information display module displaying, on a display screen, a video showing a selected task, a task depending on the selected task, the first task delay information, and the first data delay information based on the first task delay information and the first data delay information to the task selected the parallel program.
