PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative electrode active material for a self-supporting metal sulfide-based two-dimensional nanostructure of high crystallinity, high uniformity and high purity applicable to a secondary battery.
SOLUTION: The negative electrode active material for the self-supporting metal sulfide-based two-dimensional nanostructure is characterized in that an aggregate comprising a metal sulfide-based material is stripped and directly glows as the metal sulfide-based two dimensional nanostructure on a metal substrate. A method for manufacturing the negative electrode active material for the self-supporting metal sulfide-based two-dimensional nonostructure includes steps for manufacturing an aggregate comprising the metal sulfide-based material, insert-mounting the aggregate into a tube in an electric furnace for pulse laser vapor deposition, inserting the metal substrate into the tube so as to be located apart from the aggregate, reducing pressure in the tube into a vacuum state of 0.01-0.03 torr and raising the temperature of the electric furnace to 590-610°C, injecting a pulse laser into the tube to strip the aggregate, thus allowing the metal sulfide-based material to directly glow as the two-dimensional nanostructure on the metal substrate.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
