<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a photosensitive coloring composition, with which an adhering matter attached to a coating device or an appliance and dried there is easily removed, and from which a foreign matter defect is scarcely produced; and to provide a method for producing a color filter using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive coloring composition for a color filter at least includes: a pigment with an average particle diameter of 1 μm or less; a photosensitive resin component; a dispersant; and a solvent. When the photosensitive coloring composition is applied to a substrate and dried, and subsequently is immersed in a solvent for redissolving, the average particle diameter of the pigment of the redissolved photosensitive coloring composition is ten times or less of the average particle diameter of the pigment of the photosensitive coloring composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
