<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set air conditioning within an indoor region suitable for a person present within the region. <P>SOLUTION: A control device 40 controls air conditioning in a region where a reading device 30 reading transmitter identification information, based on set temperature and set humidity stored by an air conditioning information storage part 22 of a management device 20 related to the transmitter identification information.
