PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a kit each for constructing a novel planting garden utilizing biodegradable plastic by solving the following problem: the conventional form of usage of the biodegradable plastic casts anchor at exchange of material. SOLUTION: The method for constructing a planting garden comprises: forming cultivation bed units 1 using cotton 2 made of biodegradable plastic so as to pave a flat surface with many of the units; appropriately growing plants whose seeds are sowed on many of the cultivation bed units; and thereafter paving the flat surface while selecting the cultivation bed units to construct a desired garden.
