PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a sufficient strength cannot be ensured against water immersion and a diaphragm is damaged and hence water intrudes since the diaphragm is thin when trying to waterproof a portable terminal unit especially in a receiver for call reception used for the portable terminal unit or the like. SOLUTION: A body and an edge of the diaphragm are molded by dichroic resin molding, a projection made of the same material as that of the edge is provided at an upper side on the periphery of the edge, and a gasket made of the same material as that of the body is provided on a lower side on the periphery of the edge, thus ensuring a higher strength in the diaphragm and the edge than a strength in a conventional thin resin film, and hence preventing the diaphragm from being damaged by intrusion of water. The projection made of the same material as that of the edge also functions as a waterproof packing, thus preventing water from entering the inside of apparatus from the periphery of the diaphragm.
