PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a liquid-tight structure at low cost in an electronic thermometer having an exchangeable battery. SOLUTION: The electronic thermometer (100) includes a first casing (101) mounting a holder on which an electronic component is mounted and a second casing (102) removable to the first casing (101). The first casing (101) includes a first screw hole with no bottom for screw fixing a second casing (102). The second casing (102) includes an fitting part (231), and has a hollow structure for sliding the inner peripheral surface of the first casing (101) along the bottom surface of the holder when the fitting part (231) is fitted with the inner peripheral surface of the first casing (101). The fitting part (231) includes a bottomed second screw hole screwed to the first casing (101) at a position corresponding to the first screw hole in a fit state of the inner peripheral surface of the first casing (101) and a packing member wound circumferentially at a side closer to the tip than the second screw hole.
