PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fence in which panel bodies are fixed to struts so that strut holders to which the struts are attached and the panel bodies installed between the struts do not interfere with each other. SOLUTION: In this fence P, the struts 1 are attached to the strut holders 3, and the panel bodies 2 are installed between the struts 1. The strut holder 3 includes a base plate 31 attached onto a foundation surface S and a cylindrical body 32 installed on the upper surface of the base plate 31. The bottom end 11 of the strut 1 is inserted into the cylindrical body 32, and the panel body 2 is fixed to the bottom end 11 front surface of the strut 1 exposed to a slit part 36 formed by horizontally cutting off a part of the front wall part 34 of the cylindrical body 32.
