<p>The holding arrangement has a holding part (14) which is received in a corresponding holding element (20) at a carrier (22) of a motor vehicle in a force- and form fit manner. The holding part is movable in vehicle height- or transverse direction. Another holding element (18) is provided for force- or form fit receiving of a bumper. The former holding part is movable in the latter holding element opposite to the vehicle longitudinal direction. An independent claim is also included for a method for mounting and adjusting a bumper of a motor vehicle, particularly a passenger car.</p>
