Disclosed is an oscillation mirror element (100) which is provided with: a mirror section (10); a linearly extending cantilever-like first drive section (41) that includes a first fixed end (41a) formed on one side in the first direction, and a first free end (41b) formed on the other side; a first mirror supporting section (46) that can support the mirror section (10) such that the mirror is in a tilted state; a linearly extending cantilever-like second drive section (51), which includes a second free end (51b) formed on said side in the first direction, and a second fixed end (51a) formed on the other end, and which has a point-symmetrical relationship with the first drive section with the center of the mirror as a symmetrical point; and a second mirror supporting section (56), which has a point-symmetrical relationship with the first mirror supporting section with the center of the mirror as a symmetrical point, and which can support the mirror section such that the mirror is in a tilted state.
