Disclosed are a PNA probe for detecting a resistance mutation to an oral antiviral agent, i.e. lamivudine, adefovir, and entecavir, in a hepatitis B virus (HBV) responsible for acute/chronic hepatitis, a kit including the probe for detecting a resistance mutation to an HBV antiviral agent, and a method for detecting a resistance mutation to an HBV antiviral agent using the kit.
