<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for measuring the ocular axial length acquiring the measured value corresponding to the condition of the lens of an examined eye. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for measuring the ocular axial length having a measuring unit for measuring the ocular axial length of the examined eye includes: a reflection information detecting means for detecting reflection information from the anterior segment of the examined eye; and a determining means for extracting a reflection signal corresponding to a reflection object present between the cornea and the posterior capsule of the lens based on the reflection information detected by the reflection information detecting means, and determining whether the examined eye is a phakic eye or IOL eye based on the result of the extraction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
