PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbine moving blade train which reduces the aerodynamic loss between turbine moving blades by adequately setting the configuration of intermediate connection members between the turbine moving blades and the sectional shape of each intermediate connection member, and to provide a steam turbine. SOLUTION: The turbine moving blade train 10 includes the plurality of moving blades 20 each having a back side connection member 22 protruded on a blade back face 21 and a belly side connection member 24 protruded on a blade belly face 23, and planted in a turbine rotor in the peripheral direction. During the rotation of the moving blades 20, the back side connection members 22 and the belly side connection members 24 of the adjacent moving blades 20 abut on each other to construct the intermediate connection members 30. A downstream side edge 32 of each intermediate connection member 30 is located on the upstream side beyond a throat S of a flow path formed between the moving blades 20.
