The device (100) has a photovoltaic module (1) i.e. solar module, provided with a radiation entrance surface (11), and a back carrier element (13) arranged on a back side (12). A profiled rail (31) includes a carrier element (3), and an attachment member (2) fastens the back carrier element at the carrier element with a base body (21), a support surface (23) and a holding member (22). The holding member is engaged to the profiled rail such that a part of the profiled rail is positively enclosed from the holding member and an attachment member is fixed at the back carrier element.
