PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a keytop structure which is excellent in click feeling at the time of pushing in the keytop structure or which can suppress deformation of a keytop member when the keytop member is fabricated by curing an ultraviolet curing resin; electronic equipment; and a method of manufacturing the keytop structure. SOLUTION: The keytop structure 60 includes: a keytop member 61 in which a sheet-like part 61b and a plurality of keytops 61a are formed by curing an ultraviolet curing resin, and the keytops 61a have a thickness dimension T provided larger than that of the sheet-like part 61b and have a portion where the plurality of keytops 61a are arranged in a row with a prescribed interval; and a deformation suppressing means which suppresses deformation due to contraction after curing the keytop member 61 when the keytop member 61 is formed by curing the ultraviolet curing resin on the substrate.
