PGP-2 MARKER FOR DIAGNOSING RESISTANCE TO DRUG CONTROLLING BURSAPHELENCHUS XYLOPHILUS

PURPOSE: A marker for diagnosing resistance to a drug for controlling Bursaphelenchus xylophilus is provided to develop technique for lowering chemical resistance. CONSTITUTION: A microarray for diagnosing resistance with respect to a drug for controlling Bursaphelenchus xylophilus contains pgp-2(P-glycoprotein gene) having a base sequence of sequence number 2. A microarray for diagnosing resistance with respect to a drug for controlling Bursaphelenchus xylophilus contains an antibody which specifically binds to a protein encoded by pgp-2 gene. A composition for diagnosing drug resistance contains sense and antisense primer of pgp-2 gene. A kit for diagnosing resistance contains the composition.
