<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a platform further enhanced in safety. <P>SOLUTION: This platform 1 includes a platform body 2 installed on the side of a traveling path for a vehicle along the traveling path and a cushioning part 4A attached to the platform body 2 at the traveling path side side-edge part 2a. The cushioning part 4A includes a plurality of floor board support parts 6 which extend from the side-edge part 2a toward the traveling path and which are disposed at intervals in the advancing direction Y of the vehicle, and a plurality of floor boards 7 laid down on the plurality of floor board support parts 6 sequentially in the advancing direction Y.
