<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for manufacturing a tire with a tube having an elastic resin composition injected therein, which simply and inexpensively manufactures the tire with the tube having the elastic resin composition injected therein. <P>SOLUTION: The device of manufacturing the tire includes a holder which holds the tire T' with the tube in an externally fitted state and can be divided into two annular members 1A, 1B, and a fixture which fixes the two annular members in the butted state to make the holder 2. The fixture has a holding member 8 for holding the two annular members in the butted state from the inner peripheral side, a bolt member 10 which is inserted from the outer peripheral side of the two annular members into a through-hole 9 provided on the holding member, and a nut member 11 screwed in the bolt member. The holder is provided with an insertion hole 12 having the bolt member inserted therein, and a hole 15 for an introduction pipe having the introduction pipe 14 inserted therein which is fixed to the tube 13 and used for an injection of the elastic resin composition P. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
