<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle forming device that forms a nozzle in the same shape on front and rear sides of an orifice plate, and to provide a method for manufacturing the nozzle forming device. <P>SOLUTION: The nozzle forming device is composed by sequentially arranging: first and second array lens 2 and 3 that divide the light beam into multiple beams; a condenser lens 4 that condenses and overlaps the multiple divided light beams; a mask 6 for forming the overlapped light beam ; and a projection lens 7 that gives the converging angle to the light beam generation source in a light path of a light beam emitted from a light beam generation source 1. The nozzle forming device includes a converging angle adjustment means 11 that uniformizes the converging angle of the light beams in X and Y directions that are emitted from the projection lens 7 between the light beam generation source and the light path. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
