PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a casing equipped with a seal member capable of reducing a manufacturing step for the casing equipped with the seal member, improving productivity, and suppressing the increase of a mold expense. SOLUTION: A first material is injected in a cavity formed by overlapping a movable side mold and a first fixed side mold 10 to form the casing 100. The first fixed side mold 10 is separated from the movable side mold in such a state that the casing 100 is held in the movable side mold. Next, the movable side mold for holding the casing 100 is moved to the position opposed to the second fixed side mold, and a second material is injected in the cavity formed by overlapping the movable side mold and the second fixed side mold and the seal member is formed in the casing held by the movable side mold.
