PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power converter with simplified structure. SOLUTION: The power converter 1 includes a pair of power conversion parts 10R, 10L connected in parallel, a control substrate 52 for controlling the power conversion parts 10R, 10L, and a casing 51 for holding the control substrate 52. Each of choke coil bus-bars 3R, 3L on the output side of choke coils 17R, 17L in each power conversion part 10R, 10L mechanically supports the control substrate 52 while electrically connecting each choke coil 17R, 17L with the control substrate 52. Accordingly, there is less need to individually and physically couple the control substrate to the power conversion parts by cables or the like.
