CURRENT LOCATION DISPLAY APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine an estimated location of a current location display apparatus after the lapse of the time required for GPS-signal-based current location calculation and display the estimated location as a current location. SOLUTION: The current location display apparatus 1 includes: a GPS receiver 11 which receives a GPS satellite signal and calculates the location of the current location display apparatus 1 after the lapse of predetermined calculation time as a GPS measured location; a velocity detector 13 for detecting the velocity of the current location display apparatus 1; a measured location memory 15 for storing the history of the GPS measured location; a controller 10 for calculating the location of the current location display apparatus 1 after the lapse of the calculation time from the velocity of the current location display apparatus 1 detected by the velocity detector 13 and the GPS measured location as an estimated location; and a display controller 19 for adjusting the display position of the location mark of the current location display apparatus 1 on the basis of the estimated location.
