PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide scheduling of data blocks in a plurality of data carriers and a selection of the data carrier to listen to. SOLUTION: A transmission unit 200-1 transmits at least a first data block in a first data carrier 310 and transmits a second data block in a second data carrier 320 concurrently during a communication session with at least one participant reception unit 100. On the basis of reception quality of data blocks received before, the reception unit 100 selects the carrier to listen to from between these data carriers 310, 320, namely, whether to receive a first data block or a second data block.
