PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress power to be consumed for estimation processing as small, and to prevent deterioration of situation estimation accuracy by mixture of a plurality of pieces of detection data in a portable information processing terminal which estimates a moving situation of a user based on the detection data of a sensor which detects surrounding situations. SOLUTION: The information processing terminal is provided with: the sensor which detects the surrounding situations; a low speed processor 30a; and a high speed processor 30b, wherein the low speed processor 30a has: a storage module 31 for acquiring and storing the detection data from the sensor; an encoding module 33 for encoding difference with the previous detection data; a buffer storage portion 34 which stores the encoded data; and a transmission module 37 for transmitting the stored data to the high speed processor 30b when the total number 35a of pieces of stored data exceeds a predetermined threshold. The high speed processor 30b has: a conversion module 39 for receiving the encoded data from the low speed processor 30a and performing inverse encoding to be converted into original data; and an estimation module 41 for estimating moving situations based on the converted data.
