PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve parallelism of processing while using existing software resources almost as they are. SOLUTION: A data processing apparatus includes, for each of data, a plurality of processing parts configured to process packets to each of which extended identification information, including identification information for identifying the data and instruction information indicating one or more processing instructions to the data, is added. Each of the plurality of processing parts includes: an input/output part for obtaining only a packet in which destination information determined according to the extended identification information indicates the processing part, out of the packets; and an operation part for executing the processing instruction of the packet obtained by the input/output part.
