摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing device of toner, which further efficiently and stably provides the toner having sharp grain size distribution to a target particle size, by further cutting fine powder, by increasing production capacity (crushing processing capacity), while reducing a load of a crushing device. SOLUTION: This transfer classification device includes a power fluidizing tank 10 having an air discharge mechanism on a bottom part for fluidizing powder, an air current type classification device 40 for separating the powder into a coarse particle and a particulate, and a transfer device 20 for supplying the powder to the air current type classification device from the powder fluidizing tank. The powder fluidizing tank 10 includes a bulk density control means for controlling so that the bulk density of the fluidized powder becomes constant.
