PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging device that prevents equipment to be packed from being deformed or being damaged by cushioning an impact received by the equipment to be packed through the packaging device even on the occurrence of a dropping of the equipment to be packed that is packed by the packaging device. SOLUTION: The packaging device 1 includes: a base 2, to which leg parts 11a-11c of the equipment 10 to be packed including functional parts are fixed; an exterior box comprising a trunk exterior body 3 covering the outer of the equipment 10 to be packed and a top cap exterior body 4; and a fastening band 7 for fixedly fastening them.
